| Abstract |
本論文では産業内の株価予測可能性について日本の株式週次収益率データを用いて実証研究を行った。その結果この分野の代表的研究であるHou(2007)と異なる実証結果が得られた。具体的には 1)小型株の過去の収益率は小型株の現在の収益率を予測しない, 2)株式収益率に対する過去の良いニュースと悪いニュースの現在の株式収益率に対する影響は必ずしも非対称ではない, 3)標本期間の前半と後半で, 過去の大型株収益率の現在の小型株収益率に対する予測力の統計的有意性及び係数の大きさがラグ数に依存する等である。この結果Hou (2007)の実証結果の少なくとも一部は, 異なる国においても成立する普遍的な結果ではない事が判明した。
