| Abstract |
近年, アジアでよくみられるリーダーシップ・スタイルとして, 家父長型リーダーシップに関する研究が増えてきている。しかし, 日本企業における家父長型リーダーシップの実態は必ずしも明らかではない。そこで, われわれはグローバルな調査プロジェクトの一環として, 家父長型リーダーシップや変革型リーダーシップ等のその他のリーダーシップ・スタイル, リーダーシップ・スタイルに影響を与える要因とその成果, および業績評価スタイルの実態を明らかにするため, 2009年8－9月に郵送質問票調査を実施した。本稿ではその調査結果を報告する。
