| Abstract |
本稿は前稿の久松町商業史で記した町の歴史的変容に続いて,浜町川堀東西の町の構造や地価という新しい分析を通して,その特徴を一層明らかにしようとしたものである。視点を歴史地理学や都市の空間構造の諸研究を念頭に,筆者なりにこの界隈の町の構造の類型化を試み,長谷川町,富沢町を四方向地割型として,これに織物問屋街化の姿を重ね,街並みの変貌を反映する地価を地番別に分析し,長谷川町・富沢町・高砂町に対する久松町の特徴を指摘し,続いて,織物問屋街化が進み,繁栄期をむかえた大正期にこの町内の地価がどのように変化していったかをみ,浜町川堀を隔てた2つの界隈の商業的同質化に言及する。
