ダイナミック・マネジメントを考えていくうえで避けて通れないのは曖昧性への対処である。本稿では,曖昧性が生じてくるルートを指摘した後,曖昧性への対応策として個人や企業のマインド・モデルを創造的なマインド・モデルヘと向けて拡張・変革してことを提唱している。そして,それを可能とする方法としてシナリオ・プラニングの存在を指摘し,その紹介をしている。シナリオ・プラニングの大きな特徴の1つは,組織学習のツールとして機能する可能性があることである。しかしながら,シナリオ・プラニングも万能でないので,これが企業において有
