| Abstract |
経済を活性化させる起爆剤として,新しいベンチャー企業の創出に注目が集まっている。ベンチャー企業の創出には,基幹となるアイデアや技術をもった起業家の存在が必要不可欠であるが,人材を輩出する大学,基礎技術を産業界に移転するTLO,新規事業の立ち上げを支援するベンチャーキャピタル,支援のための制度を整備する行政などが連携して起業を支援する体制を作ることも極めて重要である。地方自治体の中には,そのようなベンチャー企業の育成に積極的に取り組み,徐々に成果を生んでいる地域もみられる。中でも,山口県は「山口チャレンジモ
