Abstract 
子宮体癌において、CHFR遺伝子はエピジェネティックに制御されていることが明らかとなった。さらに、CHFRのメチル化とタキサン製剤の感受性には関連が認められた。
また、miRNAもエピジェネティックに制御されており、子宮体癌においてはmiR-34bが重要と考えられた。miR-34bの導入により、パクリタキセルの感受性を特異的に増強することが明らかとなった。
