| Abstract |
本研究の目的は若年がん患者を対象に妊孕性温存に関する理解を促進し, 意思決定を支援する統合ケアモデルを開発することである。文献レビューに基づき＜統合ケアモデル＞を考案した。ケアモデルの構成要素を構成するために, 妊孕性温存に関するカウンセリングを受けた若年乳がん女性の体験を明らかにした。次いで, 妊孕性温存に対する複雑な意思決定に主体的に取り組むための意思決定支援モジュールとして, ①情報リソースモジュール②ニーズアセスメントモジュール③選択肢とビジョン検討モジュール④照会と連携モジュールが明らかになった。
We have developed an integrated care model which facilitates young cancer patients to understand about fertility preservation and supports their decision-making process. To identify the content for this integrated care model, we disclosed the experience of young breast cancer patients who received a counseling about fertility preservation. Four modules, 1) information resource, 2) needs assessment, 3) alternatives and visionary consideration, and 4) reference and cooperation were created as essential elements which support patients' proactive decision-making process for complicated problems.
