| Abstract |
マートグリッド等, 各種情報化したインフラを統合し, 地域性を考慮した生活基盤の新しい形であるスマートコミュニティを実現する研究が, 世界で始まりつつある。本研究はそれに先立ち, スマートコミュニティにおける情報の流れと, 処理における要求を柔軟に満たすことができる新しいインフラ構造・コンテンツベース情報システムを提案・実装・評価した。長崎県や宮城県栗原市などの協力地方自治体に構築済みで実験利用許可を得ているクラスターエネルギーマネジメントシステムなどの実験エリアを利用した実証実験を行った。
Smart Community, an integration of informatized infrastructures considering locality becomes a big research movement in the world. This study proposed, implemented and evaluated a new structure of infrastructure and a contents-based information system supporting the requirement in processing and flexible data flow in the smart community prior to the movement. A practical experiment was achieved at the experimental area of cluster energy management system where the proponent of this study concludes a MOU with the local governments such as Nagasaki Prefecture and Kurihara City.
