医療文化の継承は医療人の使命である。現在の患者に学び、学問大系として後進に伝え、後進が未来の患者を癒すというプロセスが、成熟した社会の実現と維持につながる。高齢者の貴重な情報を生かす方法を検討することは重要である。また、高齢者にとって活動余命を伸ばす事が特に大切である。高齢者の「自立した生存(活動余命)生活」支援として、"やりがい"などの能動的心理を引き出す人工的会話機能を持った情報蓄積型ヘルスケアシステムを開発することを目的とした。そのため、メンタルケアや健康診断、服薬支援などを行う専門家による会話型知的ヘルスケア情報システムを構築した。また、薬理効果に及ぼす心理効果の要因を解析した。
Continued evolution of medical culture is one of the missions of a pharmacist. Pharmacists must learn from the present patient population in order to create a better culture able to serve future patient needs. In doing so, this will lead to a system that allows for more precisely curing future patients, as well as the realization of an improved society. It is important to examine how to effectively put to use the elderly population's specious fund of knowledge. This present study aimed to develop an information accumulation type health care system, which made use of an artificial conversational function. This system induces an "active" psychology, creating "fulfillment" and a more "active life expectancy" amongst the elderly. The System, with an interactive mode, was constructed in order to meet a spectrum of unique elderly needs: mental care, medical examination, and medication support. Moreover, placebo effect factors influencing pharmacological response were also analyzed.
