| Abstract |
現在までのBTG2とERの関連を踏まえ、我々はER陽性BTG2高発現乳癌に対しタモキシフェン(TAM)の感受性を検討した。In vitro, in vivo両者の実験より、BTG2発現下でのみ認められるER・HER2間のクロストークが、このTAM感受性亢進に関わっていることが示唆され、BTG2高発現乳癌ではTAM感受性が著しく亢進していることが示され、今後TAMに対する感受性予測因子としての臨床応用が期待されると考えられた。
