| Abstract |
本研究課題は、画像・動画像変換符号化のための、方向性を考慮した冗長性の無い、新しい2次元方向適応形フィルタバンクを実現と設計法を提案した。本手法により、従来のブロック変換符号化で表現されていた垂直、水平エッジのみならず、任意の曲線や車線をひずみを生じることなく効果的に表現することができる。
