身体科医療において患者のメンタルヘルスの向上には、心理職が病院や地域の医療チームの一員としてスタッフと協働して支援に当たることが求められている。しかし個別の心理支援が中心の心理職は、医療臨床を体系的に学ぶ機会が限られ、多職種連携の本格的関与は不十分である。
本研究では、公認心理師の卒後教育の統立ったプログラムを開発し、身体科医療での心理支援の向上と心理職に対する本格活用の促進を目指した。
While the psychologist's collaboration with the medical staffs is essential for the sake of the support of mental health of the patient in the medical setting, the education of the clinical psychologists has been focused on individual counseling, and the opportunity for them to learn how to work as a member of the multidisciplinary team in the hospital and also on the community base has been very limited.This research developed the original training program for the newly assigned psychologists in the medical setting to help them to expand their clinical skills so that they could participate in the medical team more actively and their contribution on the mental health of the patients could be more expected.
