| Abstract |
熟練した技能は長期間の訓練の中で、作業を繰り返すことによって習得される。その技能の中には暗黙的な知識が多く含まれる。しかし、従来までの作業習熟に関する研究では、作業時間の変化に着目することが多く、作業時間の変化のみからでは、作業者の暗黙的な知識の獲得程度について評価することが困難であった。そこで本研究では、作業習熟過程における暗黙的な知識の獲得を機能的近赤外分光法装置 (functional Near Infrared Spectroscopy: NIRS) を用いて測定し、作業者の脳活性の状態から暗黙的な知識の獲得程度を評価することを試みた。
High skills can be acquired in long-term training. Among the skills are many implicit knowledge. Past study on work learning focused on working time. However, just only working time is difficult to assess for implicit knowledge acquisition. In this study, acquisition of implicit knowledge in the process of work learning is evaluated using functional Near Infrared Spectroscopy (NIRS). As a result, we are able to evaluate the state of implicit knowledge acquisition from the state of the worker's brain activity.
