| Abstract |
本論文では，小田原市周辺地域に存在する企業やNPO（非営利組織）などの観察からえた経験的事実を土台として，サステナビリティ経営の1つの理念型─小田原モデル─を導き出すことを目的とする。小田原モデルは，当該地域における多様な組織が二宮尊徳の報徳思想という共有価値にもとづいたサステナビリティ経営のあり方である。
This paper aims at deriving an ideal type of sustainable business practice, what I refer to as the Odawara model, from empirical observations of the firms and NPOs located in the area around Odawara. The model is based on the value of Hotoku thought, which various organizations in the region share.
