現在,陸上貨物輸送の大宗を占めているのは自家用トラックを含めたトラック輸送であり,営業用トラック輸送の大部分が中小トラック運送業により担われ,今後もトラック輸送への期待は大きい。しかしながら,トラック輸送に求められている物流ニーズは,多様化・高度化しており,トラック運送業が提供するシステムは,物流システムヘの対応からロジスティクシステムヘの対応を求められている。また,運輸業に展開されている規制緩和策により,低コストの物流システムの実現が中小トラック運送業に課せられた命題となっている。本稿では,物流システム
