バブル経済崩壊後,目本の企業環境は大きく変化しつつある。円高,国際競争などの要因の変化が日本の製造業の存立基盤を大きく揺るがそうとしている。こうした状況のもとで,企業は緊急避難的な対応に追われ,リストラクチャリングやリエンジニアリングに取り組み,コスト削減を追及している。しかし,リストラクチャリングは,事業削減による合理化を目的とし,人員削減という結果をもたらすという問題が懸念され,リエンジニアリングは,リストラクチャリングよりも積極的な意味を持つものの,既存の知識や技術の利用を前提とした生産性改善策とい
