| Abstract |
この小論の目的は,組織構造の違いが組織行動,とりわけ問題解決にどのような影響を与えるかを1つの実験によって確かめることにある。実験はシカゴ大学のBaloffとBeckerが行なったものを参考にし,彼等が行なった仮説の検証を追証するとともに,日本人と米国人の違いによる組織行動の違いを検討することも試みている。部分的に,彼等の得た結果とは異なる結果が得られ,人間を対象とする問題の場合,単純に外国の結果を日本に適応することができないことを示している。
