| Abstract |
本稿では，日本の上場企業の中で繊維産業に属する企業を分析対象とし，有価証券報告書に対するテキストマイニングを行っている。まず，分析の軸として「経営理念」を考え分析を行った。次に，分析の軸として「イノベーション」と「社会的責任」の2軸を考え，頻出単語の抽出や共起分析を行い経年的な変化を分析した。最後に，売上高経常利益率，プレミアム，ボラティリティ，CAPMで推計したα値を，社会的責任関連の単語の頻度やイノベーション関連の単語の頻度などで説明する回帰分析を行った。
This study conducts text mining on securities reports for companies in the Japanese textile industry. First, we analyzed the management philosophy as the axis of analysis. Subsequently, we extracted frequently used words and performed co-occurrence analysis using the two axes of innovation and social responsibility. Finally, a regression analysis was carried out to explain the rate of return on sales, premium, volatility, and α value estimated by CAPM by the frequency of words associated with social responsibility and innovation.
