Abstract |
1970年代以降の日本のものづくり基盤産業を政策対象とした機械工業振興臨時措置法は, 高度成長期の産業政策で最も有名な政策の一つである。本稿では, 機振法と自動車部品産業との関係を, 既存研究では十分に描かれていない視点, 自動車部品産業の構造の変化, 機振法以前の振興策との関係, 業界組織である自動車部品工業会の変化, に注目しながら考察した。自動車部品産業への機振法の役割は, 自動車部品産業の構造と自動車部品工業会の位置づけの変化の中で, 1960年を境に大きく変化している点が示された。
Kishinhou, a 1956 MITI act intended to strengthen the machine industry in products such as machine tools, molds and dies, and autoparts, has been recognized as one of the most effective industrial policies during Japan's high economic growth period. This paper's analysis focuses on how Kishinhou contributed to promoting the auto-parts industry and illustrates how Kishinhou changed its characteristics through the development of the auto-parts industry and its industrial structure during Japan's high economic growth period. The paper also proves that the Auto-Parts Industrial Association, which played an active role in Kishinhou's implementation, changed its members and role along with the development of the industry.
