ドイツにおける戦後警察の歴史研究は, 今世紀になって萌芽の兆しをみせ始め, 一部で連合軍占領期を対象とする分析の深化が図られている。しかし, 「ドイツ的」な治安機能を解除すべく占領軍が試みた警察政策の「成果」を巡って, 制度・組織上の地域的な多様性が明るみに出たものの, 末端レヴェルの業務実態に根ざした実証研究は, 本格的な段階に到達していないのが現状である。ドイツ警察による治安実践の「現場」は, 如何なるファクターによって突き動かされていたのだろうか。本稿は, その一考察である。
Historical scholarship of postwar police in Germany germinated at the turn of the century, partially enhanced by the deepening of an analysis targeting the Allied army during the occupation. 
However, regarding the "results" of police policy attempted by occupation forces intended to disable "German" public security functions, while regional diversity has emerged from a systematic and organizational perspective, presently an empirical research rooted in the reality of activities at a detailed level has yet to mature. 
"What kinds of factors were behind public security practices by the German police as they occurred at the scene?" 
This study provides one such examination.
