| Abstract |
居住という公的な領域ではなく私的な領域を, 戦後ドイツの1960年代, 70年代のルール工業地帯における外国人労働者を例にして社会史的に考察する。前半では外国人労働者の単身用居住空間の政策の論理を明らかにする。外国人労働者の滞在が長期化するにつれて, 家族の呼び寄せが恒常化し, かれらの居住空間が問題となった。本稿後半では, いかなる政策が講じられたのかを検討する。
This study is a social history investigation of the private domain of a residence rather than one concerning a public domain; focusing on foreign workers living in the Ruhr industrial area in the 1960s and 1970s postwar Germany as a case study.
In the first half, the study clarifies the logic behind policies on single dwelling spaces for foreign workers.
As the duration of residence for foreign workers became long-term, they would routinely bring their families, and the problem of dwelling space became serious.
The second half of the study reviews the policy actions that were implemented.
