本稿では, Kalecki(1933)において示された, 有効需要の論理に基づく利潤決定の理論に, Kalecki(1938)による国民所得の分配理論を結合させたKalecki(1939)において, 短期国民所得決定モデルとしての, カレツキ経済学の基本構造が, 初めて, 完結した体系として成立していることが明らかにされる。その性格は, 資本家と労働者から成る2階級モデルにおいて, 独占が存在する短期の経済を想定し, 有効需要の論理に基づき, 国民所得が決定されることを示すものである。その場合, Lerner(1934)の独占度の概念の摂取が, 基本構造の成立において欠かせなかっただけでなく, その性格の形成にも影響を及ぼしていることが明らかにされる。
This study demonstrates that it is Michał Kalecki's 1939 work titled Essays in the Theory of Economic Fluctuations, where he established for the first time a complete model of the determination of the national income in the short term, synthesizing his theories of the determination of profits based on the principle of effective demand in Kalecki's 1933 work Próba teorii koniunktury (Essay on the Business Cycle Theory) and of the distribution of the national income in Kalecki's 1938 paper "The Determination of Distribution of the National Income." 
The unique attribute of the fundamental structure is a two-class model of the capitalists and the workers on the assumption of monopoly in the economy and on the principle of effective demand to show the determination of the national income in the short term.
The present paper clarifies that it is not only such characteristics that were influenced by integration of the concept of the degree of monopoly originally developed in Abba Lerner's 1934 work on "The Concept of Monopoly and the Measurement of Monopoly Power," which was also indispensable for construction of the fundamental structure.
