Abstract |
In this study, we assumed that the self-formation of a teacher is to be perceived from a viewpoint of developmental career formation throughout the life is to be established on the base of cooperativity and meta-cognitive activities. So, "a model was developed to supporting the self-formation and career formation of teachers" based on the qualitative and quantitative surveys for incumbent teachers. As a result, in this model, we showed the following three points : (1) Developing both of the in-school and legal training that meet with the needs of teachers working on-site. (2) Necessity of school support for the teaching profession career formation while retraining the colleagueness. (3) Promotion of community development in which home, school, and community are unified. This study also could provided for fostering curricula and teacher's training programs for the future.
