| 抄録 |
In this paper, I made clear how the youth labor market has been changing since economic crisis, 1997 in Korea and what influences it gave to Korean society, indicating a new life-style for the future. Lately, much of researchers very often use the terminal, 'out-of-school joblessness' which means 'not in labor force and not enrolled in an educational course'. Since economic crisis, the rate of ' out-of-school joblessness' among youths increased rapidly as well as the rate of youth unemployment. Social inequality still exists in youth labor market, though shortly afterward Korea made a remarkable recovery. But now are begining to appear some of high educated youths that pursue a new life-style, throwing away one which the modern society system created. Now Korean society stands at the crossroads whether they have to select new direction or not.
