医療の価値評価を目指すセミナー2022にて『事業価値評価の考え方-DCFからリアルオプションへ-』と題する講演を行い，医療関係者との間でリアルオプションの適用可能性についての議論を行った．また第4回慶應・同志社合同ワークショップにて1.パンデミックリスク，2.カーボンプライシング，そして3.スタートアップの事業戦略に焦点を絞った研究報告をそれぞれ行った．
1.新型コロナ感染発生を機に，今後起こりうるパンデミックに対していかに金融システムのありかたについて報告した．新型感染症の発生が，その後パンデミックになるまでのプロセスには数多くの不確定要因が存在している．報告では，標準SEIRモデルをベースに新しいモデルを提案した．
2. 脱炭素化は現在重大な課題と認識されている．カーボンプライシングに関連して，2つの視点からの報告を行った．第一は，既存の統合評価モデルの持つ特徴と違い，限界についての報告である．DICEモデルには様々なパラメータが含まれているため，それらの感度分析，不確実性の導入の可能性を議論した．第二は排出権市場の実証分析である．既に排出権市場が複数存在しているが，本報告ではEU-ETSの市場データを用いた実証分析を行った．
3. スタートアップ企業は，イノベーション創造の重要な役割を担いうる．スタートアップ企業の成長プロセスには多数の不確実性が存在し，企業は不確実性のもと戦略的意思決定を行う．主に文献調査をもとに，不確実の特定，成功失敗のファクター抽出，戦略的意思決定の可能性についてまとめ，今後の定量的調査の基礎情報についての報告を行った．
At the 2022 Seminar on Medical Valuation, we gave a lecture titled "From DCF to Real Options" and discussed the applicability of real options with medical professionals. In the 4th Keio-Doshisha Joint Workshop, we presented research reports focusing on 1) pandemic risk, 2) carbon pricing, and 3) the business strategy of startups, respectively.
1. From the new disease outbreak, we reported on how the financial system should respond to a possible pandemic in the future. There are many uncertainties in the outbreak of a new infectious disease until it becomes a pandemic. We proposed a new model based on the standard SEIR model.
2. Decarbonization is now recognized as a critical issue. Concerning carbon pricing, two perspectives were presented. The first is a report on the characteristics, differences, and limitations of existing integrated assessment models, including sensitivity analysis of various parameters in the DICE model and the possibility of introducing uncertainty. The second is an empirical analysis of the carbon emission markets. In this report, we conducted an empirical analysis using the EU-ETS market data.
3. Startups can play an essential role in innovation creation. The growth process of startup firms is subject to numerous uncertainties, and firms make strategic decisions based on these uncertainties. Based mainly on the literature review, we summarized the identification of uncertainty, the extraction of success/failure factors, and the possibility of strategic decision-making. We reported the basic information for future quantitative research.
