研究を開始した後、研究テーマを「保護者の子に対するCOVID-19予防接種受容(acceptability)に関する研究」に変更した。2021年度はこの研究の第一段階として、システマティックレビュー/メタアナリシスのプロトコルを作成した。以下がその内容である。本研究の目的は、１）自分の子どもにCOVID-19のワクチンを受けさせたいと思う保護者の割合（＝接種受容割合）を明らかにすること２）保護者のCOVID-19のワクチン接種受容割合の違い（異質性）に影響を与える関連要因を明らかにすること３）保護者のCOVID-19のワクチン接種受容に関連する要因を明らかにすること、である。文献データベースはCINAHL,MEDLINE,Web of Science, PsycINFO, Scopus, Embase, Litcovid, Global research on coronavirus disease (COVID-19), Google scholar, medrXiv, biorxivを使用する。文献の包含基準は、保護者の子に対するCOVID-19ワクチン接種受容割合を調べている研究で除外基準は、１）保護者の子に対するCOVID-19ワクチン接種受容割合を報告していない研究２）英語以外の言語で書かれている研究３）Communication or Correspondence to Editor, Editorials, Commentaries等である。スクリーニング後に分析対象論文の質の評価はJBI critical appraisal toolsを用いて行う。分析は１）子どもへのCOVID-19ワクチン接種を意図する保護者の割合を統合する２）１）で統合した研究間の異質性が高い場合、その異質性が高い原因となる研究関連要因を調べるため、連続変数にはメタ回帰分析、カテゴリカル変数にはサブグループ解析を行う３）保護者のCOVID-19ワクチン接種受容に関連する要因を調べるため、各研究で調べられている関連要因のエフェクトサイズを統合する。現在、各データベースの検索と対象文献の選定が終わり、項目の抽出と分析作業を行っている。
After the study was initiated, the research theme was fleshed out into a "Parental acceptability of COVID-19 vaccination for children: Systematic review and meta-analysis" In 2021, a systematic review/meta-analysis protocol was developed as the first phase of this study. The objectives of this study were 1) to determine the percentage of parents who would like their children to receive the COVID-19 vaccine (i.e., vaccination acceptability), and 2) to identify relevant factors affecting differences in parents' COVID-19 vaccination acceptability. 3) To identify factors related to parents' acceptance of COVID-19 vaccination. Literature databases include CINAHL, MEDLINE, Web of Science, PsycINFO, Scopus, Embase, Litcovid, Global research on coronavirus disease (COVID-19), Google scholar, medrXiv, biorxiv. Inclusion criteria for the literature were studies examining COVID-19 vaccination acceptance rates for parents' children and exclusion criteria were 1) studies that did not report COVID-19 vaccination acceptance rates for parents' children 2) studies written in a language other than English 3) Communication or Correspondence to Editor, Editorials, Commentaries, etc. After screening, the quality of the articles was evaluated using the JBI critical appraisal tools. The analysis will 1) integrate the proportion of parents who intend to vaccinate their children with COVID-19 vaccine, and 2) if there is high heterogeneity among the studies integrated in 1), continuous variables will be included in the analysis to examine study-related factors that may cause the high heterogeneity. Meta-regression analysis will be performed for continuous variables and subgroup analysis for categorical variables 3) To examine factors related to parents' acceptance of COVID-19 vaccination. Integrate effect sizes of relevant factors examined in each study. Currently, the search of each database and the selection of target literature have been completed, and we are in the process of extracting and analyzing the items.
