経営学における近年の話題の一つは、世界最新の理論であるダイナミック・ケイパビリティ論である。しかし、その内容はいまだ不明確で、これまで日本ではよく理解されていなかった。

しかし、今年度、「令和2年 ものづくり白書」によって、ダイナミック・ケイパビリティ・ベースの戦略経営論が取り上げられた。それゆえ、それ以後、日本でも大きく注目されることになった。

私は、その白書の製作プロセスでアドバイスし、サポートした。とくに、私は、「ものづくり白書」で、ダイナミック・ケイパビリティとは何かを説明し、日本企業を復活させるためには、現在の日本企業にはダイナミック・ケイパビリティが必要であることを強調した。

以後、私は、いろんな人や日本企業や学会からダイナミック・ケイパビリティ論に関する講演や論稿などを依頼された。それゆえ、私はダイナミック・ケイパビリティに関して深く研究することができるとともに、多くの成果を公表することができた。
One of the recent topics in business administration is the theory of dynamic capabilities, which researches in the world pay a lot of attention to. However, the content was still unclear and was not well understood in Japan.

However, this year, the "White Paper on Manufacturing Industries
(Monodzukuri)" took up the theory of strategic management based on dynamic capabilities. Therefore, since then, it has received a great deal of attention in Japan.

I advised and supported the production process. In particular, in the White Paper on Manufacturing Industries(Monodzukuri), I explained what dynamic capabilities is and emphasized that current Japanese companies need dynamic capabilities in order to revive Japanese companies.

Since then, I have been asked by various people and Japanese companies to give lectures on dynamic capabilities theory. Therefore, I was able to publish many achievements on dynamic capabilities.
