| Abstract |
本年度は、表題の「比較」を行う前提として、とくに日本の憲法教育・公法教育およびその背景にある憲法史・憲法思想について、専門家を招いて研究会を行った。その成果は「法律時報」誌（日本評論社）において随時発表した。
研究会の日程は以下のとおりであった。成果については下記３を参照されたい。

We organized and hosted several round tables, in which we invited experts and discussed an education method of constitutional law, including administrative law, and constitutional history in Japan in order to compare education methods of public and private law in Asian countries.
