これまでの「地縁コミュニティ」は、同一地域において生活を営むことで成り立ってきたものであるが、ICTの活用により、それぞれの個人は異なる地域にて生活していても、地縁のつながりを維持することができる「多地域型地縁コミュニティ」が成り立つ可能性がある。
本研究では、多地域型地縁コミュニティの概念構築を行った上で、その成立を支援する「多地域型地縁コミュニティにおける共有価値の可視化手法」と、ソーシャル･インパクト･ボンドの知見を活かした「多地域型地縁コミュニティ支援のファイナンスモデル」の研究・開発を推進している。
2年目の本年度は、1年目の「可視化手法」の研究を基盤に「ファイナンスモデル」の調査研究を行った。具体的には、コミュニティの共有価値向上に向けた、多地域型地縁コミュニティの活動や持続可能性を高めるファイナンススキームとして、ソーシャル･インパクト･ボンド導入モデルと支援手法の調査研究を行った。

In this research, after constructing the concept of a multilateral community, we will conduct research and development on the "shared value visualization method" that supports the establishment and the "finance model" making full use of the knowledge of social impact bonds.
In this year of the second year, we conducted research on "finance models" based on the first year of research.
Specifically, we conducted research on social impact bond implementation models and support methods as a financing scheme to enhance the activity and sustainability of multi-regional communities to improve the shared value of communities.
