統合失調症患者の概念体系の異常を明らかにすることを目的として、連想実験を行なった。概念体系は統合失調症の思考障害や認知機能障害と深い関わりがある。そして、思考障害や認知機能障害は、統合失調症の病態解明やリハビリテーションにおいて重要視されている。対象は統合失調症患者19 名、健常対照群21 名である。その結果、統合失調症患者の2 次元配置図と概念体系指標について健常者との違いが認められた。この結果、統合失調症患者の概念構造は健常者と質的に異なることが明らかになった。
We conducted an association experiment with the aim of elucidating abnormalities in the conceptual structure of patients with schizophrenia. Conceptual structures are deeply involved in impaired thinking and cognitive impairment, which occur in schizophrenia and are considered important in the elucidation of its pathology as well as in rehabilitation. We investigated 19 patients with schizophrenia and 21 healthy control subjects. The results showed differences in two-dimensional arrangement and conceptual structure indicators between patients with schizophrenia and healthy individuals. These findings indicate that the conceptual structure of patients with schizophrenia differs qualitatively from that of healthy individuals.
