Abstract 
第二次世界大戦下の「日仏共同支配期」を経て、フランスは戦後、インドシナに復帰を図る。この時期に行われた日本人戦犯裁判に、他の連合軍諸国とともにフランスは参加することとなった。東京裁判とサイゴン裁判という二つの裁判におけるフランスの主な目的は、戦時期のインドシナにおけるヴィシー体制を否定し、日本との協力関係を清算し、共和主義の連続性を強調し、連合軍諸国との密接な協力をはかりながら国際社会へ復帰することにあったといえよう。
