Abstract 
本研究では、教師の授業中における評価的な思考(「教育的瞬間」の把握・判断)を取り上げ、それを支える心理的メカニズムについて主に動機づけ研究の立場から検討を行った。質問紙調査、談話分析、協同的アクションリサーチを実施した結果、授業中におけるひとり一人の子どもの具体的な学習、授業者である教師の意図や考えを重視してそれを同僚が共有するような「当事者主体型授業研究」が、教師の意欲を高めると同時に「教育的瞬間」の把握、判断の基盤となる教師の態度を培う可能性が示唆された。
