| Abstract |
本研究は、細胞が培養器(CO2インキュベーター)に合わせるという従来型の概念から、機器が個々の細胞毎に最適化された培養環境を提供するという発想転換に特徴がある。つまり、幹細胞のような細胞特性の維持には、特定の培養条件(酸素濃度)の最適化が重要であり、低酸素が口腔幹細胞維持に必須であることが示唆された。
