| Abstract |
今回, 当研究室で既に確立済みのラット硬膜外カテーテル長期留置モデルを用いて, 「硬膜外麻酔が免疫担当細胞natural killer 細胞, T細胞の周術期機能を保持し, 癌増殖を抑える」との仮説の下に, 癌再発と周術期免疫機能の変化を探求する研究を行った。今回の研究においては硬膜外麻酔が免疫担当細胞Natural killer細胞, T細胞の周術期機能に与える影響を観察することが出来なかったが, 今後も更なる研究を続けていく予定である。
We performed a study to search the change of a cancer recurrence and the perioperative function of immunity, based on the hypothesis 'Epidural anesthesia maintains the function of natural killer cells and T cells, consequently suppress the cancer multiplication', using the rat long-term epidural anesthesia model which has been already established in our laboratory. We are not able to observe the influence that an epidural anesthesia gave Natural killer cell and T cell in this study. Further studies are warranted to clarify relationship between epidural anesthesia and cancer recurrence.
