Abstract 
本研究では、視床下部弓状核のAGRPニューロン特異的な遺伝子発現解析に、Translating Ribosome Affinity Purification (TRAP)法を利用し、EGFPとlarge-subunit ribosomal protein L10aのN末端との融合蛋白を特異的に発現させるトランスジェニックマウスの作製を試みた。2ラインの陽性マウスを得、このマウスとニューロン特異的Cre recombinase発現トランスジェニックマウスを掛け合わせ、ニューロン特異的の遺伝子発現解析を行う。
