| Abstract |
本研究において、私たちは、近年におけるEU消費者法の新たな展開を調査・分析した。各種の重要な指令と国内法化につき分析を加えたが、その中でも特に、不公正取引方法指令の分析を通じ、表示・広告規制あり方について深く検討を行った。また、消費者権利指令、欧州売買法規則案の検討を通じ、消費者法の体系化の意義についても検討を加えた。研究の一部は既に公表したが、平成25年度に、あらためて成果をまとめて公表することを計画している。
