Abstract 
インビトロ心筋誘導アッセイシステムを用いたヒト骨髄間葉系細胞のスタチン前処置下共培養実験において、心筋誘導効率の改善を認めた。スタチンがAkt活性化作用を有する事から、Aktの阻害剤であるwortmanninを投与した共培養実験を行い、スタチン投与群による心筋誘導改善効果が抑制されることを証明した。
