Abstract 
インターロイキン32はNFκB/ERKシグナルを介してTNFαを誘導し、プロテオグリカンの消失と滑膜増殖を惹起し関節炎の病態に関与すると考えられた。また、経時的にIL-32によるTNFα誘導が減少し、IL-10の誘導が増加することから、初期には炎症を増悪させるが、その後炎症を抑える作用をもっている可能性が考えられた。
