Abstract 
骨リモデリングは、破骨細胞による骨吸収と、骨芽細胞/骨細胞による骨形成からなる一連のプロセスである。本研究では、EphA2ノックアウトマウスとEphA2阻害剤などを利用し、ephrinA2がカップリングインヒビターとして働くこと、さらに骨の石灰化制御因子であることが明らかになってきた。またリモデリング異常により骨基質が増加するFra1トランスジェニックマウスでは、肺線維症を発症することを見出した。
