Abstract 
子宮体癌においてCHFRまたはAurora-Aの過剰発現とタキサン製剤に対する感受性との関連を明らかとした。In vitroにおいて、CHFRまたはAurora-Aが過剰発現しているヒト子宮体癌細胞株は、発現していない細胞株に比し、タキサン製剤に対する感受性が低い事実を突き止めた。CHFRまたはAurora-Aの過剰発現細胞株に各遺伝子のsiRNAを導入し、遺伝子発現抑制前後の各種抗癌剤に対する感受性の変化を測定したところ、タキサン製剤に対する感受性が特異的に増強した。
