| Abstract |
劣後債のプレミアムの変化は, 金融機関の財務状況を適確に反映していることが明らかになった.つまり, 劣後債の規律付けに関しては, 金融機関の財務内容を基本とするものとなっており, また, 預金上昇率も金融機関の財務内容などのハードデータを反映するものとなっている. これらの実証結果から判断すると, 我が国において市場規律は十分にその働きを期待できる状態にあると結論付けられる.
