| Abstract |
ループス腎炎患者の臨床情報 (基本情報、身体所見、一般検査所見、障害臓器、ループス腎炎の病理組織像、治療内容およびその反応性を統一した指標で評価) および研究検体を継続的に取得し、腎組織の病理学的評価において新規に規定したscoring systemを病理学者とも検討し、scoreの入力を完遂した。細胞表面分子、血清タンパクおよび尿検体について集積、プロテオーム解析を施行した。さらにvalidation cohortを作成、統計解析を行い、学会報告を行う。
We continuously acquired the clinical information of patients with lupus nephritis (basic information, physical findings, general laboratory findings, damaged organs, pathological histology of lupus nephritis, evaluation of treatment content and its reactivity with a unified index)and samples. In addition, we newly defined the pathological scoring system of lupus nephritis with kidney pathologist, and we completed the evaluation of all the specimen. Cell surface molecules, serum proteins, and urine samples were collected and proteome analysis was also performed. We would set a validation cohort, and planning to report the result in the academical meeting.
