| Abstract |
本研究の目的は、高齢者介護施設において、サービスの質を左右する組織システムの運用状況を明らかにすることである。特に、サービスの質に直接影響を与える従業員のバーンアウトの予防・低減に有効な組織システムをとりあげる。本稿の前半部分では、先行研究をレビューし、バーンアウトの予防及び低減に有効な対策を組織システム運用上の留意点として整理し直した。後半部分では、神奈川県下の高齢者介護施設（87施設）への質問紙調査により、高齢者介護施設における組織システム運用状況を調査した。その結果、従業員のメンタルヘルスに対する問題意識の低さ、施策実施率の低さ、痴呆対応型生活介護における組織システムの未整備な状況が明らかになった。
