| Abstract |
慶應義塾大学日吉キャンパスにおける文系学生を対象とした化学実験のテーマの一つとして, 中和滴定の実験は古くから存在していた。その内容を今回大幅に改定し, 酸塩基指示薬のpHによる色の変化と関連させて, 可視吸収スペクトルの測定も行うことにした。このテーマを準備する過程で, 指示薬の選択および滴定結果を検証した。また, pHに伴う指示薬の色変化と分子構造との関係についても考察した。
