| Abstract |
経済のグローバル化やIT の発展は，現代企業の経営に対して重大なインパクトをもたらしている。他方，新制度派経済学や比較制度分析の近年的発展は，企業に関連した制度やガバナンスの役割に焦点を当てている。私の場合，とくに組織原理の転換や21世紀企業，そして一般的に企業の性質や進化を理解するための理論構築に努力してきた。現代企業経営論は，理論と現実の双方の変化をふまえていると言ってよい。
