| Abstract |
経済的自立、政治的自立の二概念を区別し、その関連を整理する。実際の政策論議を行う上では、誰の誰からの自立であるかを明確にすることが重要であることを沖縄経済を分析するモデルを用いながら指摘する。最後に、自立が困難な状況では、誰に依存し、誰から自立するかを選択する問題に直面しなければならないことを、沖縄の在日米軍基地の問題と関連させて説明する。
This study distinguishes economic independence from political independence and reveals the relationships between these two concepts.
In addition, it employs the model to analyze the economy of Okinawa and highlights the importance of clarifying which concept is independent from the other in real policy arguments.
Finally, in a situation where it is difficult to achieve independence, we inevitably need to confront the problem of dependence and independence, referencing the issues surrounding the US military base in Okinawa.
