1. We held workshops on "Rock guitar" and "Classical string ensemble" to discuss the educational effect of music-performance ensemble. 2. Workshops and lecture-concerts were held to investigate the collaboration of folk songs and hip hop with humanities in universities. And, when folk songs are introduced together with lectures of their cultural and historical backgrounds, people's interests are invoked and new arguments are made possible. Regarding hip-hop, the significance of introducing this new cultural trend into the university was also clarified. By associating the creation of verse in rap with traditional poetry, the social meaning of 'verse' is hit by modern light. In DJ as ‚quotation' of music and variety of combinations postmodern nature was revealed. We were also able to create advanced discussions on the phonetic meaning of rhyme in Rap.
