| Abstract |
市民ボランティアによって行われる「子育て広場」の運営実態と、継続要因を明らかにするため、5年以上継続している8グループを対象にインタビューを行った。「子育て広場」の実施はほぼ月1回で、7～22年継続実施されており、行政から資金の支援を受けていた。「子育て広場」のボランティアは、実施の意義を感じ母親同士や子どもたちとのつながりの形成を実感していた。また、そこでは自発的な役割分担や話し合いが大切にされていた。継続要因には、資金や人手が得られており、実施者側に成果の実感があること、内発的動機付けが得られていることが関連していると考えられた。
