| Abstract |
東日本大震災から5年が経ち、津波被災地では集団移転が完了しつつある。究極的な津波予防対策である集団移転によって安全性が確保される一方で、高齢者の暮らしは大きく変容することが予想される。本稿では、集団移転によって高齢の移転参加住民の移動面において、どのような影響が生じ得るのかを明らかにした。具体的には傾斜・身体機能による影響を反映した身体負荷量を算出し、移転先から最寄り公共交通機関までの徒歩アクセシビリティ評価を行った。分析の結果、9割の団地がバス停徒歩圏外に立地していることが明らかになった。
