韓国の財閥企業は韓国経済の発展においても,97年以降の経済危機においてもその中心的な役割を果たしてきた。その財閥企業の発展は朴政権時代以降の政府主導型成長経済政策が大きな契機になった。本稿では上位財閥グループのうち,三星(Samsung)グループ,現代(Hyundai)グループ,LGグループをとりあげ,財閥企業のマネジメントの特徴を,上記の政府主導型成長経済政策との関連,97年以降の経済危機における政府・IMFの政策との関連において考察している。従来から指摘されている財閥企業の問題点として,トップダウン・
